Mobile notary services by Nomadic Notary involve a licensed notary public who travels to a client’s location to notarize documents. This eliminates the need for individuals and businesses to visit a formal office making it especially beneficial for people with busy schedules, limited mobility, or urgent needs.

How it Works

1. Booking: schedule an appointment by contacting Nomadic Notary on the Contact page to set up an appointment. Please include explicit detail about the documents being notarized. Bookings will include a place, time, and the agreed upon pricing for travel and services..

2. Traveling: Nomadic Notary comes to your chosen location—your home, office, hospitals, hospice, nursing homes , cafe or any other agreed-upon place.

3. Document Verification: Nomadic Notary verifies your identity using government-issued photo identification (e.g., a driver’s license or passport) to ensure you're the person signing the document.

4. Document Execution: You sign the document in the presence of the notary.

5. Notarization: Nomadic Notary stamps and signs the document, officially notarizing it. Nomadic Notary will then log the details.

6. Payment: You pay for the service, with a travel fee included on top of the standard notary fee. This will be discussed prior to the final booking. This does not include any documents that were not previously discussed for the booking. Any surprise documents will carry a surcharge.
